Join Dr Liz Crowe for a free webinar exploring the theory and practicalities of individual and systemic issues of staff wellbeing in the context of health.

Diving into the topic of strengthening wellbeing in the health sector, Dr Crowe will create insights into what fosters and what harms wellbeing.

Providing a summary of the contemporary literature on burnout, moral distress, compassion fatigue, psychological distress, meaning making, joy, connection, belonging, and contribution. The webinar will conclude with tangible suggestions on constructing a wellbeing plan as individuals, teams and leaders.

Deeply embedded with contemporary research from an active clinician in health, the webinar is relevant to doctors, nurses, allied health, paramedics, and administration staff at all stages of their career, or anyone who has a primary responsibility to care for other humans as patients, colleagues, or leaders. It is strongly recommended that people attend with their teams.
