AMA submission to the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority’s Work Program 2015-16

This submission responds to the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority’s Work Program 2015-16 public consultation paper.  The AMA notes the draft work program provides a useful overview of IHPA’s activities.  It highlights additional matters that would enhance the work to be delivered by IHPA in 2015-16, having regard to the need to ensure reasonable access, effectiveness and financial sustainability of the public hospital system.
