AMA submission on TGA proposals regarding the medicines scheduling framework and advertising of S3 medicines

The AMA supports reforms to the medicines scheduling framework which will improve the consistency and quality of decision-making and address the current lack of transparency in the scheduling process. The AMA therefore supports most of the TGA's proposed reforms in this area, with some specific exceptions.
