AMA submission on TGA proposals to implement new medicines and devices regulations

The AMA has made several submissions to the TGA on a range of proposals arising out of a review of medicines and medical devices regulations. The proposals include new processes to accelerate the approval of high priority medicines and devices, as well as strengthening the TGA's powers to enforce advertising regulations.
