AMA submission to the Senate Select Committee on Financial Technology and Regulatory Technology

The AMA has made a submission to the Senate Select Committee on Financial Technology and Regulatory Technology in regards to the Government's COVID-19 response. The main focus of the submission is the introduction of telehealth and ePrescriptions. The AMA applauds the efforts of the Government and the Department of Health in implementing years of healthcare reform in a matter of weeks and months. We look forward to working with the Government to fine tune these initiatives so that they become a permanent fixture for all Australians.
