Since then, the Workplace Relations Team has developed a program to assist you to create a Mentally Healthy Workplace.
Employees can spend up to half their day in the workplace, so it is important to have a healthy work environment. Healthy workplaces can;

- Create greater job satisfaction
- Reduce staff turnover
- Attract talented employees
- Lessen staff absenteeism and lost working days
