AMA Queensland Strategic Plan 2024-26
Since its formation in May 1894 as the Queensland branch of the British Medical Association, AMA Queensland has a long history of supporting the profession and the health of Queenslanders.
AMA Queensland is the state’s peak representative body, supporting approximately 8,000 doctors and medical students. Nationally, the AMA represents 30,000 doctors, including residents and registrars, general practitioners, and other public and private specialists.
This strategic plan, in conjunction with our Advocacy Priorities 2024-26, will guide our work, priorities and actions for the next three years.
