Share your experience with intersectionality in medical leadership
Are you a woman doctor in Australia from an underrepresented racial or ethnic community? A Monash University supported study, Intersectionality in Medical Leadership, wants to hear from you.
The study is looking for women doctors in Australia, who identify as belonging to a racially or ethnically underrepresented community, to participate in a confidential interview to explore how the intersectionality of race, ethnicity and gender shapes career journeys.
Help build evidence on what is important, what works and what needs to be done to drive change and increase the representation of women who belong to underrepresented racial or ethnic communities in healthcare leadership.
The study involves a confidential one-hour interview conducted online and a $50 gift card for your time.
