The Office of Rural and Remote Health has launched a new web-based, user-friendly digital resource to compliment the PDF copy of the 3rd edition of the Chronic Conditions Manual.
The Office of Rural and Remote Health has launched a new web-based, user-friendly digital resource to compliment the PDF copy of the 3rd edition of the Chronic Conditions Manual (CCM).
A key feature of the new platform is that it has been built for use on PC, tablets and phones, making it much easier to use online than a PDF.
As a rural and remote user of the CCM, the Office of Rural and Remote Health encourages and values your feedback.
