AMA Queensland provides feedback on the Health and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2021. Recommendations have been made through consultancy with relevant members about the proposed amendments (below). 

  1. Proposed changes to the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011
  2. Proposed changes to the Mental Health Act 2016
  3. Proposed changes to the Termination of Pregnancy Act 2018 and Criminal Code
  4. Proposed changes to the Transplantation and Anatomy Act 1979
