'Naming and shaming’ provisions in the National Law

AMA Queensland has repeated its denouncement of the laws as a gross violation of practitioners’ rights to natural justice and called for their immediate abandonment and repeal. Submissions were also made to mitigate, as much as possible, the catastrophic impacts for health practitioners wrongfully named under the provisions.
