National Youth Health Summit, Canberra, 26 July 2001 - Program
Keynote speakers at the Summit are Professor Graham Martin, Director, Australian Early Intervention Network for Mental Health; Associate Professor Susan Sawyer, Deputy Director, Centre for Adolescent Health Victoria; Julie Tongs, CEO, Winnunga Nimmityjah Aboriginal Health Service ACT; and Georgie Ferrari, CEO, NSW Association for Adolescent Health.
The Summit will tackle the issues of health care access and service provision for young people who face problems such as mental health, drugs and alcohol. Problems in indigenous health and rural health will also be addressed. Delegates from the following groups are confirmed participants in the Summit:
