AMA showcases the work of family doctors
AMA Family Doctor Week 18-24 July 2011
The AMA today launched the first of a series of videos profiling the experiences of family doctors in their general practice work, including in crises and emergencies, rural and Indigenous health, and medical education.
The video, Your family doctor serving rural and Indigenous communities, profiles Alice Springs GP Trainee, Dr Sam Goodwin.
Dr Goodwin is completing his GP training at Alice Springs Hospital and is a flying doctor with the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
The videos will be available on the AMA website during the week.
