NEIL MITCHELL:      Earlier today, first - beginning of the program I spoke to the Treasurer, Wayne Swan, about his credibility and a few other things including changes made to health funding, which I think could touch a lot of people and the bill you pay at the doctor. He didn't seem quite willing to accept they'd have any impact.

Well, Wayne Swan didn't even seem to understand it.

DR STEVE HAMBLETON:    It's disappointing that the Treasurer doesn't understand, you know, that nearly 1.7 billion coming out of the health budget from the Government means it's got to come from somewhere. And the reality is it'll come from patients and it'll hurt the people who are most price sensitive and they're the people who have got the least money.
