AMA elections for office bearers 2004-05
Nominations for election to the positions of AMA President, Vice President, Chairman of Council and Treasurer closed at 1.30pm on Friday, 14 May 2004.
The following nominations were received:
President: Dr William Glasson
Vice President: Dr Mukesh Haikerwal
Chairman of Council: Dr Christopher Cain
Dr Dana Wainwright
Treasurer: Dr Allan Zimet
Dr Glasson will be returned as President unopposed.
Dr Haikerwal will be returned as Vice-President unopposed.
Dr Zimet will be returned as Treasurer unopposed.
An election for the position of Chairman of Council will be held at National Conference on Sunday, 30 May 2004.
