AMA Comment – 2014 Federal Budget

AMA Vice President, Professor Geoffrey Dobb, will be in Canberra on Budget night, Tuesday 13 May, to provide AMA comment in response to the 2014 Federal Budget.

He will be supported by Executive Councillor, A/Prof Brian Owler, who will also be in Canberra.

Professor Dobb and A/Prof Owler will attend the Health Department Budget lock-up at the Hellenic Club, and will be available for comment at the Press Gallery ‘boxes’ immediately afterwards.

They will both be available for interview, including phone interviews, once the Budget is handed down.

AMA President, Dr Steve Hambleton, is currently overseas. He may also be available for telephone interview, time difference and telephone signal permitting.
