Practice Manager Training

A Practice Manager wears many hats and performs different tasks under each of those hats and it is worth acknowledging that Practice Managers come to their career from very different angles.

A Practice Manager might have started out as a receptionist and gain the skills and experience to become a practice manager, they might have started their career as a Nurse and transitioned into the Practice Manager role.

The role of Practice Manager is often complex and, in many cases, compliance driven and compliance focused.

The Workplace Relations Team understand the journey individuals go on to become a Practice Manager which are as unique as the individuals who hold these roles. The most effective and efficient Practice Managers dread the thought of traditional studies in this space. What is different about this program there are no tests!  The aim of the program is to give individuals confidence in the human relations side of their role, in tackling the difficult conversations, understanding legislation and generally how to manage staff.
