New CPD Learning on the AMA Medical Home 2021
The AMA Position Statement on the Medical Home 2021 is now available online for self-paced learning at the doctorportal Learning (dpL). This module is on the dpL 'CPD Learning' catalogue and free for the AMA members. Non-ACRRM Fellows can complete the learning and self-report their CPD where relevant to their scope of practice.
The position statement lays out the key principles and requirements for transforming general practices into appropriately funded medical homes that are better supported in delivering preventive, longitudinal, integrated and coordinated comprehensive health care.
