GPSA Survey – Who are the first responders for GP registrar wellbeing?
Those involved in GP training often wear many different hats: among these is the role of pastoral carer to support the wellbeing of GP registrars.
By sharing your experiences as providers and recipients of wellbeing support, GPRA can identify strategies for improving guidance regarding the scope and responsibilities associated with this role.
The study involves a 10-15 minute online questionnaire, and, if you are interested, two optional follow-up surveys at 6-month intervals. Participants are invited to enter a draw for a $500 e-gift card.
