COVID-19 Health Care Worker Survey
With the approval of Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee (Project ID 26435), a research team is looking at the experience of Health Care Workers (HCW) who have been infected with COVID-19.
There is an urgent need to better understand the short- and longer-term impacts to health, wellbeing and productivity among Australian HCWs infected with COVID-19. This survey is open to all HCWs infected with COVID-19 in the past or present. There is a baseline survey with follow up at 1, 3, and 6 months which are optional. Your confidential responses will be used for advocacy and to improve work practices in Australian healthcare.
