Veterans’ Access Network – changes to service delivery

GPs treating Veterans in NSW and Victoria should note that Veterans’ Access Network (VAN) services provided from a number of stand-alone shop fronts will now be either co-located with or provided through Department of Human Services service centres. These changes follow community consultation about how to best meet the changing needs of the veteran community. Areas affected are Morwell, Ballarat, Frankston, Gosford, Bairnsdale, Wollongong, Bendigo, Mildura and Warrnambool.
