New entries include:

  • abemaciclib - pregnancy category D
  • baloxavir - pregnancy category B3
  • brigatinib - pregnancy category D
  • brolucizumab - pregnancy category D
  • caplacizumab - pregnancy category B1
  • enasidenib - pregnancy category D
  • glycopyrronium bromide - pregnancy category B3
  • indacaterol/glycopyrronium - pregnancy category B3
  • isavuconazole - pregnancy category D
  • mecasermin - pregnancy category B3
  • siponimod - pregnancy category D
  • upadacitinib - pregnancy category D
  • vandetanib - pregnancy category D

The following entries have been amended:

  • flurbiprofen - pregnancy category changed from B2 to C
