PCEHR Review - Consultation on implementation of recommendations
The Department of Health is consulting on the PCEHR Review. The consultation aims to obtain stakeholder views on the implementation of the Review recommendations, with the results to influence the system design and implementation schedule, and the planning for communication, education, and risk management.
The Government’s consultation is primarily targeted at individual consumers and healthcare providers, including through consultation forums and an online survey. The online survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/pcehrconsultation.
When originally released the survey had a design limitation that only allowed single answers to questions where multiple answers were possible or even likely. This flaw has been rectified, allowing a broader range of responses. The survey closes on 1 September.
