New website for information on CT scans and radiation exposure in children

The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care and other key health organisations have created a new website with information and a collection of resources for referrers, patients and parents on CT scans and radiation risks for children and young people.

These resources include information and decision support tools for referrers; and information, brochures and posters for parents and carers produced in association with organisations including NPS MedicineWise and the Association for the Wellbeing of Children in Healthcare.
