Maximising My Health Record: Australian Medicine
In this week’s issue of Australian Medicine, Dr Richard Kidd, Chair of the AMA Council of General Practice, discusses significant improvements to the ease of use of the My Health Record and how GPs previously discouraged from using it may wish to take a second look.
Dr Kidd writes that the AMA has driven significant changes and a recent demonstration to the AMA Council of General Practice had highlighted that it is now easy to access a MyHealth Record, to register a known patient, create and upload a shared health summary.
