HPOS Questionnaire

GPs are invited to assist the Department of Human Services (DHS) with important market research on the use and knowledge of HPOS in the sector. All GPs, whether they have used the system or not, are asked to complete the HPOS Feedback Questionnaire by 25 June 2014.

The (DHS) is undertaking work to improve the use and knowledge of the Health Professional Online System (HPOS) and would appreciate GPs input. HPOS provides secure and convenient online services for health professionals and administrators. It helps to streamline your interactions with the DHS by reducing the need to call and helps to avoid rejected claims.
