DVA Toolbox for coordinated veterans’ care

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs Provider News has published an article, ‘You’re invited to test DVA Toolbox for Coordinated Veterans’ Care'. The article invites medical clinics and health practitioners to test the new Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Toolbox for Coordinated Veterans’ Care (CVC).

The DVA Toolbox provides an online centre of information and resources to help simplify the enrolment process. The aim is to assist healthcare professionals in enrolling and coordinating care for veterans in the CVC program.
