Adverse event reporting Template forms now available

The AMA advises that the Therapeutic Goods Administration has made template forms for reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) available to download from the website Reporting adverse events using General Practitioner software.

The templates can be installed in GP's desktop software to make it easier and more convenient for them to report ADRs to the TGA. Currently the templates are available for use in the Medical Director and Best Practice applications, however this may be expanded upon.
