Last chance! How safe is your roster

How safe is your roster? Find out as part of the 2016 AMA Safe Hours Audit.

The AMA is conducting an on-line audit of the working hours of doctors in training and salaried doctors. Information gathered is used to support the ongoing AMA Safe Hours campaign, with the results to be published in a nation-wide report on the working hours of DiTs and salaried doctors.

It takes around 10 minutes to complete the audit. You'll need details of your actual working, non-working and sleeping hours for the week of 31 October to 6 November 2016. You'll also be asked the hours you worked in the previous week, as well as your roster for the week following the audit period.

Anyone who completes the audit will be able to access an instant risk assessment report, giving an analysis of the fatigue risks of their roster.

Any information provided will be reported in an aggregated fashion and information about individuals will not be published.

Participants will have until 7 December 2016 to complete the audit.
