Save the date - AMA Gender Equity Summit 23 March 2019

The AMA Gender Equity Summit will be held on 23 March 2019 in Sydney and will build on its 2016 position statement Equal Opportunity in the Medical Workforce. The Summit will look at the cultural and practical barriers to the achievement of gender equity in medicine, consider how other industries have successfully shaped culture and systems to encourage gender equity in their workplaces, and discuss how this can translate into practical strategies aimed at changing medical workplaces and culture.
