Healthy workplaces and professionalism feature in the latest issue of the MJA
In the latest issue of the Medical Journal of Australia, Lesley, Anstey and Wells propose that hospitals should be exemplars of healthy workplaces and have a role to play in increasing the focus on promoting health and prevention; fostering interpersonal safety; and improving workplace safety.
Meanwhile, Hillis et al look at what surgeons think about the priorities for professionalism. This revealed that trainees and fellows had a very similar approach to the prioritisation of the attributes.
