Applications are now open for the Avant Doctor in Training Research Scholarship Program 2015
$500,000 in research scholarships from Australia's leading MDO
At Avant we understand the pressures you face in the early stages of your career. That’s why we’ve enhanced the Avant Doctor in Training Research Scholarship Program. Increasing funding to half a million dollars and more than doubling the number of scholarships on offer. So you have more opportunities to pursue research as part of your training.
This year, 20 research scholarships will be awarded in two categories:
Advancement of medicine
- 2 x $50k full-time scholarships
- 4 x $25k part-time scholarships
- 8 x $15k grants-in-aid
Safety, quality and risk management in healthcare
- 2 x $50k full-time scholarships
- 2 x $25k part-time scholarships
- 2 x $15k grants-in-aid
Applications are open to:
- Intern, RMO and Registrars who are Avant members, and are
- Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents
New members are immediately eligible to apply.
