AMA Submission to Professional Services Review – section 92 agreements

The AMA submission to the review of section 92 agreements under the Professional Services Review (PSR) focuses on the procedural fairness of the section 92 process, noting that many medical professionals who enter into a section 92 agreement felt coerced, were not aware of all options available to them including appeals, and that the PSR did not adequately explain the problem with their billing practices.
