Practice Group of Private Specialist Practice representative announced

The casual vacancy on for the representative of the Practice Group of Private Specialist Practice has been filled.

Members are advised that the casual vacancy on Federal Council for the representative of the Practice Group of Private Specialist Practice has been filled, with Dr Mark Duncan-Smith being appointed to the role.

Dr Duncan-Smith is currently the President of the AMA (WA) and a consultant plastic surgeon and burns surgeon.

Several expressions of interest were received for the role, all of very high quality, and the AMA appreciates the efforts each member went to in lodging their EOI.
