AMA President, Dr Tony Bartone, is encouraging everyone to minimise their exposure to bushfire smoke - stay indoors and seek medical attention if needed. Bushfire smoke can trigger asthma symptoms, such as wheezing, breathlessness, coughing or chest tightness.
