Don’t Let Meth Take Hold

AMA(SA) is a partner in the development and launch of a new campaign aimed at reducing the impact of methamphetamines.

Drug and Alcohol Services South Australia (DASSA) is launching the campaign ‘Don’t let meth take hold’ to raise awareness of this issue. The campaign is based on research conducted by the University of South Australia that has identified that methamphetamine can cause changes in the brain that produce movement problems that resemble Parkinson’s disease. Information about the campaign is available at: https://www.unisa.edu.au/research/dont-let-meth-take-hold/
