AMA ACT:  
Throughout July AMA (ACT) held two successful 'Interview Skills' workshops for Doctors in Training. The first being held at the Canberra Hospital Auditorium and the other at AMA ACT. These workshops were run in conjunction with the AMA Career Service. The workshop at AMA (ACT) featured a presentation by Anita Fletcher, Careers Advisor at AMA, and then a mock interview panel and Q&A, featuring local specialists and experienced college members.
AMA (ACT) hold many events throughout the year supporting DIT’s and Students.

AMA QLD: 
AMA Queensland hosted the annual 'Junior Doctors Conference (JDC) & Careers Expo' in June. For the first time, the careers expo was added to the conference agenda, allowing delegates to speak with several different colleges about the multitude of fellowship options available to them. Offering a diverse selection of sessions and workshops, the conference is perfect for junior doctors who are looking to stay ahead of the game! Look out for the JDC 2020 save the date details shortly!

The AMA were proud sponsors of the '2019 AMSA Global Health Conference' held in mid-August. The conference was the perfect platform for like-minded students to share ideas, develop new skills and have some well-earned fun over the course of the weekend.
