Don’t run out of PBS stationery over Christmas

The AMA is advising GPs to note the reduced activity period (RAP) for the Department of Human Services over the Christmas/New Year Period. The RAP this year will be from 24 December 2018 to 1 January 2019 inclusive. To ensure sufficient supply over this period GP and practice manages are encouraged to check their PBS prescription and other DHS stationery supplies this month and place any order for required supplies by 26 November 2018. Orders received during the RAP will not be processed.
