Registration Entitlements

• Attendance to plenary and breakout sessions
• Attendance to policy sessions
• Attendance to the Annual General Meeting (AMA Members and Official Observers only)
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Friday and Saturday of the Conference
• Exhibition access
• President's Cocktail Party invitation

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome.

• All cancellations or alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, EECW Pty Ltd.
• For cancellations made between 30 March 2012 and 14 April 2012 a refund 50% of your registration fee will be made.
• For cancellations after 13 April 2012, no refund will be made.
• All eligible refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.
