The AMACDT welcomes Dr Michael Bonning as its new Chair. Dr Bonning is a resident medical officer at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and has an interest in obstetrics & gynaecology.
Dr Bonning takes over from Dr Andrew Perry. Thanks go to Dr Perry for his tireless advocacy on behalf of junior doctors over the past 12 months.
Dr Bonning will be assisted by Dr Rob Mitchell as Deputy Chair. Dr Mitchell is a resident medical officer at Geelong Hospital and will shortly begin training in emergency medicine.

Please join in the conversation on health and let us know your views. You can comment via the President’s blog on the AMA's website.
