STEP 2   Decide on a monthly benefit amount to match your needs and budget.

STEP 3   Find the monthly premium in the relevant Premium Table

STEP 4   Complete the Online Application Form or call 1800 658 679 between 9am to 6pm (Sydney time) to apply for immediate cover on acceptance.

  1. Claims arising directly or indirectly from a pre-existing medical condition are excluded. A pre-existing medical condition is an injury, illness, condition or related symptom that, in the five years immediately preceding the policy acceptance date, you were aware of (or a reasonable person in your position should have been aware of); or for which you had, or were intending to have, a medical consultation; or for which a reasonable person, in your circumstances would have had a medical consultation.
  2. The monthly amount payable for a valid claim may be less than the monthly amount insured depending on your pre-claim earnings and other payments. The monthly amount payable excludes business expenses.
  3. The amount payable may vary.  Refer to the ‘Child Care Assistance Benefit’ section of the PDS for more information.
