Patient Recall - 1992

1. Prophylactic intervention is well established in health management. In this regard, general practitioners are encouraged to provide recall or reminder services for their patients, who should be encouraged to participate in such services.

2. Specialists should not initiate recall or reminder services without the express cooperation of each patient's general practitioner.
