The Department of Health and Ageing has written to the AMA with further advice on the new PIP eHealth Incentive which starts in August 2009 (attached below). The advice relates to secure messaging by a eligible suppliers, public key infrastructure (PKI) certificates and the electronic clinical resources that are required to meet program guidelines.  Further details are available from Medicare Australia on 1800 222 032.
